The Care & Comfort Fund provides direct-to-patient support to enhance their recovery journey.
There are times when it’s the little things that make a big difference. Individuals with disabilities often incur added expenses related to rehabilitation. Not all these costs are covered by insurances—costs such as braces & splints, wheelchair cupholders, communication applications, and travel to appointments. The Care & Comfort Fund grants hundreds of items valued up to $300.
Your donation to this program removes obstacles to patients during their recovery and puts smiles on everyone’s faces.
