At the Chalmers Foundation, we believe healthcare is more than treatments and equipment—it’s about compassion, connection, and community. Together, we bring care beyond medicine and hope beyond limits.
The Chalmers Foundation is your regional healthcare charity, dedicated to building a future where every person receives the care and support they need.
We lead community-driven efforts to bridge gaps in healthcare by funding essential equipment, innovative programs, and whole person care at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital and across the Fredericton and Upper River Valley regions.
We work closely with Horizon Health Network to identify high-priority medical equipment and healthcare projects that fall outside of government funding — ensuring our hospital and community services are equipped with the best tools, technology, and knowledge available.
The Chalmers Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of dedicated community members who guide our mission and ensure transparency.
